Core Strong 4 week class

The standard workouts of the fitness industry were not designed with the female body in mind. 

Join Core Strong for a 4 week program to strengthen your core and entire body from the inside out.  

  • Weekly Workout In-Person @ One Village Family Chiropractic Fridays from 10:00-11:00 am. 

  • Additional workouts (customized to you) outside of class to complete on your own schedule

  • Access to a private Facebook group for extra support, recipe sharing and accountability throughout the month


Gain the strength and endurance you need to jump into any adventure life throws at you without worrying about peeing your pants, constant back pain or feeling like your organs might fall out. 

Every class involves mobility, a core+pelvic floor focused warm-up, strength training and a short cardio finisher.  

Your workout program should reflect the changes your body has been through and the exact phase of life you are in.  

Take the guesswork out of your fitness program and workout with confidence with a trusted core and pelvic floor expert to guide you.  

This program is for you if you:

  • Have had a baby (or a few)

  • Are well into parenting but don’t feel strong and confident in your body

  • Haven’t had a baby but want a stronger core without a million crunches and planks

  • Have tight hips, an achy low back, and/or pelvic pain/heaviness

  • Want to be able to laugh, run, jump and sneeze and trust your body will feel amazing doing it

In-Person workouts are June 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, 10:00-11:00 am. 

Make-up workouts available on Zoom if you need to miss a session.
