The standard workouts of the fitness industry were not designed with the female body in mind.
Join Core Strong for a 4 week program to strengthen your core and entire body from the inside out.
Weekly Workout In-Person @ One Village Family Chiropractic Fridays from 10:00-11:00 am.
Additional workouts (customized to you) outside of class to complete on your own schedule
Access to a private Facebook group for extra support, recipe sharing and accountability throughout the month
Gain the strength and endurance you need to jump into any adventure life throws at you without worrying about peeing your pants, constant back pain or feeling like your organs might fall out.
Every class involves mobility, a core+pelvic floor focused warm-up, strength training and a short cardio finisher.
Your workout program should reflect the changes your body has been through and the exact phase of life you are in.

This program is for you if you:
Have had a baby (or a few)
Are well into parenting but don’t feel strong and confident in your body
Haven’t had a baby but want a stronger core without a million crunches and planks
Have tight hips, an achy low back, and/or pelvic pain/heaviness
Want to be able to laugh, run, jump and sneeze and trust your body will feel amazing doing it
In-Person workouts are June 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, 10:00-11:00 am.
Make-up workouts available on Zoom if you need to miss a session.

Choose your own adventure! Join us for part of the morning or for all of it! This is a register-by-donation event.
$10 donations and all proceeds will be going to the Terra Centre.

Strong To Run Workshop
For women who want to feel strength and ease in running.
You just want to put those shoes on, head out your front door and kick those aching knees, sore back and panty liners to the curb, for good.
This is a registered event.

The Mama Reset with Athleta
In honour of Mothers Day, join Athleta and Core Love FItness for a morning of movement for mamas. We will be leading a full-body workout that strengthens your core and pelvic floor.
You do so much for everyone around you, this time is for YOU.
Grab your friends, mom, kids, or show up on your own for some well-deserved time to give your body some love. After the main event, recover at Athleta with snacks, refreshments, shopping and goodie bags.
